Our Best Price Policy means that if you find a competitor’s lower price on an identical or comparable quality lab-grown diamond, we will match or beat it by up to 5%.

What lab-grown diamonds qualify for the Best Price Policy?

Identical and Comparable Diamond Requirement:

  • Identical Diamond:

    A diamond that matches another diamond in every aspect, including carat weight, cut, colour, clarity, and any other grading characteristics. Essentially, it is a diamond that is exactly the same as detailed in an IGI or GIA report

  • Comparable-Quality Diamond:

    A diamond that closely matches another diamond in key attributes such as carat weight, cut, colour, and clarity. This means the overall quality and appearance are similar, even if minor differences exist.

Exclusions

  • The Best Price Policy applies only to certified loose lab-grown diamonds and does not apply to certified natural diamonds, coloured diamonds, or finished diamond jewellery.
  • The Best Price Policy does not apply where the competitor or Moi Moi has made a pricing error or typographical error on a diamond.
