JP is absolutely a gun. I had a fantastic experience with him. He assisted me in creating a custom necklace and showed incredible care and empathy throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen and truly understand my needs. He elevated my entire experience, making me feel valued rather than ‘just another customer’. He was honest, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Pia was also incredibly supportive throughout, and both JP and Pia were amazing. I highly recommend them both.

Team at Moi Moi are very nice and professional. They were able to help me with a very unique custom design. Given the complexity, the ring was still ready within 3 months. Quality of the ring is amazing. Most of the communication was with Leah who is very good at explaining everything. Would recommend!
