Do you offer engraving at Moi Moi?
Yes, we offer complimentary engraving on all wedding rings purchased from our store. This service is available at the time of order only. We can engrave other Moi Moi jewellery items too, for a small fee.
Can I return my engraved jewellery?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on engraved jewellery items, unless the jewellery itself is faulty, as they are personalised and customised to your specifications.
How many characters can I have engraved on my ring?
The maximum number of characters depends on the size and width of your ring, but typically, you can have up to 20 characters. Our team can help you determine the best fit for your chosen inscription.
If I get my ring resized later, will the engraving be affected?
We strive to place the engraving in an area that is less likely to be affected by resizing. However, we cannot guarantee that the engraving will remain intact after resizing. If the engraving is removed or damaged during resizing, a re-engraving fee will apply.
I already have my wedding ring and want to get them engraved now. Is it still free?
The complimentary engraving offer applies only at the time of order for new wedding rings. If you wish to have your rings engraved after purchase, we can provide this service for a small fee.
Can I get a ring engraved that was not purchased from your store?
We only offer engraving services for rings purchased from our store. Unfortunately, we cannot engrave rings from other places.
How much does engraving cost if not done at the time of order?
Engraving services for wedding rings after the time of order, or for any of our other rings, are available for $170. This price includes polishing and rhodium plating to ensure your ring looks its best.
What font options are available for engraving?
We offer two classic font options: Script and Block. You can choose your preferred style when placing your order.

When you place your order, our team will work with you to confirm the exact inscription and font style. We recommend double-checking your chosen text to ensure it is accurate.
