Terms and Conditions of Use for Moi Moi Gift Cards:

Moi Moi Gift Cards can be purchased and are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
You may be required to provide acceptable photo identification to verify gift card transactions.
Please treat the gift card like cash.
Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
The gift card is not redeemable for cash or payment of credit or retailer accounts. The gift card must be redeemed before expiry and cannot be reloaded.
The gift card is partially redeemable, and any available balance can be used for multiple purchases within the validity period. However, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry.
You are responsible for using the total value of the gift card before the expiry date.
Cash will not be given for any unused balance on the gift card.
If the purchase exceeds the available balance on the gift card, you must make up the difference with another payment method.
You are liable for all transactions on your gift card except for fraud or negligence by Moi Moi or its employees.

Any gift cards or vouchers purchased online cannot be redeemed for 48 hours after the time of purchase to allow for payment processing and card delivery.
