Lay-By and Payment Plans

20% Deposit:
Secure your chosen piece with a deposit as low as 20%. This allows you to spread out the cost of your purchase over time.

50% Deposit for Custom Pieces, Special Order, or Made to Order:
For custom-made jewellery, special orders, or made-to-order items, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin the manufacturing process.

Balance Payment Over 6 Weeks:
You can pay off the remaining balance over 6 weeks. Choose to make regular instalments or pay the full balance at the end of the 6-week period. Your jewellery will be ready for pick-up or dispatch once the balance is cleared.

Lay-By Terms and Conditions

Take advantage of our layby plans for even more flexibility:

  1. Initial Deposit: Layby purchases require an initial deposit of 20% of the purchase price.
  2. Production: For made-to-order items or custom-made pieces, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work.
  3. Full Payment Within 6 Weeks: Layby, made-to-order, and custom -made orders must be paid off within 6 weeks from the order date. You can choose to make regular payments, or settle the balance upon pick-up or prior to dispatch.
  4. Extensions: If the order is not paid in full within 6 weeks, you may request an extension of payments. Extensions are granted for up to 3 months, if regular monthly payments are made.
  5. Order Collection Within 6 Months: Orders must be collected within 6 months from the original date of purchase. If not, we reserve the right to cancel the order, and you forfeit the deposit and products. We will make every effort to reach you during this time, and be accommodating to your needs, but ultimately the responsibility to reach out and settle the account is yours.
  6. Refund and Exchange: The layby deposit may be applied toward an exchange item within 14 days of purchase, except for custom designed, custom engraved, modified products (including ring resizing), or special orders/made-to-order items.
  7. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your lay-by purchase (a stock item off the shelf) before 6 weeks from purchase date, a restocking fee of 20% of the full purchase price will be charged (or deducted from the amount paid).

*Please note, custom made, special order, made-to-order, modified products cannot be cancelled. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, and you will be charged the balance if the item has been made specifically for you.*
