At Moi Moi, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Our jewellery is crafted with exceptional care, and as such, we do not accept refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged. For more details, please visit our Warranty page.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Eligible items include:
- Bracelets
- Pendants
- Earrings
- Necklaces
Items Not Eligible for Returns and Exchanges
- Rings (including stock rings, resized, or modified rings)
- Rings with incorrect finger sizes provided by you
- Jewellery that has been altered, engraved, custom-designed, or specially-ordered
- Loose lab-grown diamonds
Conditions for Exchanges
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Damage due to insufficient or careless packaging will void the exchange option.
- If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a store credit of the balance will be provided only. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

1. In-Store Returns
- Please call ahead to make an appointment before visiting.
2. Returns by Mail
- Include all original packaging and accompanying materials.
- Send the item back via registered post or courier with a tracking number and ensure a signature on delivery.
- You can request a postage label from us at a cost of $20. We will cover the insurance for Moi Moi jewellery only, when you use or postage label and follow proper packaging instructions.
Return Process
Once we have received your returned order, we will verify the condition of the item and documents. Returns take between 1 to 5 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Once approved, we will send you a credit note for your next purchase.
